Vaccinations

At Rampart Pediatrics, we prioritize your child’s health and well-being. Vaccination is a safe and effective way to protect against preventable diseases, and it is recommended by both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

We understand that each family’s needs and concerns are unique. While we support vaccination, we also respect requests for alternate schedules or not vaccinating. Our approach is to provide information, counsel, and engage in open discussions with parents. We want to empower you to make informed decisions about your child’s health. At Rampart Pediatrics, we encourage and counsel, but we will never coerce parents into making choices that go against their beliefs or values.

Your child’s health is our top priority, and we are here to support you in making the best choices for their well-being. If you have any questions or would like to discuss vaccinations further, please feel free to reach out to us.

Cancellations

At Rampart Pediatrics, we are committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring that all our patients receive the attention they deserve. To maintain such a high quality of service for everyone, we have established the following policies for cancellations and no-shows:

No-Show Policy: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but frequent “no shows” can impact the care we are providing to all our patients. Therefore, anyone who “no-shows” for appointments more than three times will be disbarred from the practice, with forfeiture of subscription fees. While we offer unlimited care, we cannot, in good faith, allow frequent no-shows that limit our amount of time spent with other patients.

Cancellation Policy: We value your time; we ask you to respect ours. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment with accrue no penalties. We understand that plans change, and we appreciate your responsible scheduling. Please do your best to limit cancellations even in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $100 fee. This will be charged automatically. This fee helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that other patients can access our care promptly. We strive to provide you with the highest level of service, and your cooperation in cancelling appointments responsibly is greatly appreciated. Being more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may be considered a cancellation. We promise to be on time, and expect the same respect.

Please note; Exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy for truly dangerous, inclement weather, as well as severe illness requiring hospitalization.
